Yasmina arrived in Cairo in 1995 after dancing all around the Middle East. Here she spent eight years performing with her band , the Safaa Farid orchestra, at many venues and hundreds of weddings around Egypt, before touring internationally as a teacher and choreographer. She has produced seven music cds for dancers , as well as working as a dance photographer and hosting dance groups in Cairo.
